At the end of the year 1955 the company is born in Oviedo "Cristalerías Daro", of which was founder D.Darío Muñiz and of there the name comes of "Daro." It was a small glass shop located in the neighborhood of La Argañosa, where the owner and two assistants worked.

Thirteen years later, in 1968 and so far, their work is continued by one of its assistants, D. Honorino Cadenas Martínez, current proprietor of "CRISTALERÍAS DARO, S.L.", the one which continuous at the present time in collaboration with their children.

Our it manufactures by hand of carving, it represents in a good way the alive tradition of the craft in glass carving and the quality in the finish.
